I bought it thinking that it would be useful to me in the way I serve as a role model to the girls in my life, but actually, it’s becoming incredibly eye opening about my own behaviors and what I notice in the women around me. This book is written and marketed towards girls, but I think it is invaluable to women as well. I’ve learned so much and I can assure you that this beautiful ok will change the way you think about yourself and the way you can support the girls in your life. Enjoy it! It’s a gem. In addition to reading the book I listened to the audiobook and it was great.

Repetitive and droning. Essential message is good but frankly you need to start when they are little. Not in high school.
